Talent Co-Op opens up access to tech career options by providing apprentices with real world projects to learn-by-doing and mentors to facilitate industry knowledge transfer. The vision of Talent Co-Op is to cultivate the local tech and startup ecosystem and build a reliable pipeline, so that anyone with the dedication and the talent is given a clear direction and the required resources and opportunities to grow and succeed every step along the way.
